Through my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I learned that a number of health problems can clear up when one lays off the wheat! Dedicated to scientific exploration, I have been off gluten now for the past 3 months. For years I have suffered from frequent canker sores (at least once a month) — and since ditching gluten I have been canker sore free!
